Financial Calculators
When you are planning for your future or hoping to avoid certain issues with finances, you probably will need some financial tools. I recommend using a financial calculator. If you just do a simple web search for a financial calculator, you will come up with many options but I like this one because they have so many options:

Bookkeeping
Of course when you need some book keeping, but you don’t want to pay for a bookkeeper, Quickbooks is your best bet. They are the go to software for this purpose. I highly recommend that if you are new to this program that you get with our Quickbooks Pro Certified Advisor. This will ensure that you set it up right from the start and you won’t cause issues with your bookkeeping later on.
Budgeting
There are a plethora of other tools available online for this type of thing. One that I particularly enjoy for budgeting is Mint.com. This is a place where you can track all of your expenses and see where you can trim the fat. It can help you identify where you are overspending and how you can work towards financial goals like paying off debt or saving money for a big purchase. Part of any good financial planning definitely includes a budget!
Safety
There are plenty of new services out there that are apps for investing, debt management and more. However, before you go giving out all of your information to someone, it is recommended that you check with a trusted resource to make sure that any app asking for your information is the real deal.
